Prowadzeniem procesów rekrutacyjnych na wybrane stanowiska - od selekcji aplikacji po złożenie oferty
Opieką nad kandydatami - dbaniem o pozytywne candidate experience oraz aktualną bazę kandydatów
Dbaniem o pozytywny wizerunek pracodawcy w sieci
Współpracą z biurami karier, organizacjami studenckimi oraz agencjami rekrutacyjnymi
Udział w wydarzeniach związanych z budowaniem wizerunku pracodawcy (m. in targi pracy)
Wspieraniem i inicjowaniem działań w obszarze miękkiego HR
Czego od Ciebie oczekujemy?
Masz minimum 2 lata doświadczenia zawodowego w obszarze rekrutacji
Możesz pochwalić się ciekawymi projektami w obszarze EB

Jesteś komunikatywny/a i lubisz pracować z ludźmi
