We are working closely with our client, one of the most respected, innovative and successful international company. We are looking to build and grow their business and Recruitment Manager role will be crucial in this development.

Recruitment Manager will be responsible for conducting end-to-end recruitment projects for senior, expert and managerial positions, developing and implementing a recruitment strategy to support organizational mission, vision and goals. He will be responsible for direct contact with recruitment agencies, HR clients, managing the relationships and ensuring excellent customer experience. As a successful candidate you will leading a recruitment specialists team, conducting presentations and recruitment trainings to build leader skills. You will also be responsible for Employer Branding.

Desired Candidate for the position should have a generic knowledge about a diversity of HR subjects, be customer-service oriented with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. The ideal Candidate should have wide experience in end to end recruitment process. We are looking for a person who constantly strives to improve the way the team works, is proficient in English, can prioritize effectively and is able to manage uncertainty and ambiguity. Knowledge of Employer Branding will be a big asset.
