Together with your colleague you will make sure that we recruit the best truck drivers for our clients in The Netherlands. Are you an experienced recruiter? Do you speak english? Responsibilities:
Design and implement overall recruiting strategy
Develop and update job descriptions
Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media etc
Post jobs to appropriate job boards, newspapers etc.
Screen candidates resumes and job application
Conduct interviews
Inform candidates about working and living in The Netherlands
Visit job fairs and network events
Requirements:
Good knowledge of the Polish and English language
Proven work experience as a recruiter
