- Liaising with clients and answering incoming queries
- Providing detailed quotations for clients
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with new and existing clients
- Keeping an accurate and up to date record of daily sales, order and quotation activity
- Following up on quotations
- Set up customer accounts, part number cross references and pricing in IT system
- Raise sample order, engineering requests
- At least 1-2 years of Administrative working experience;
- Excellent PC and related technology skills
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Strong organizational skills
- Good working knowledge of English and German
- Works well in a small team as well as independently
- Excellent multi-tasking ability
- Good technical knowledge and understanding
