For our client, an international corporate banking entity with well-established presence in Poland, we are seeking to recruit an experienced Senior Relationship Manager - Cash Management. The successful candidate will be core expert within Cash Management area in Poland and responsible for maintaining existing relationships and winning new clients.
- Developing relationships with corporate clients within the Cash Management area
- Identifying relevant customer solutions and concepts and selling these to existing or prospect clients
- Acting as a business partner for the relevant senior management representatives and decision-makers
- Liaising with local Customer Relationship Management and Global Cash Management Teams
- Maintaining the highest possible professional approach, compliant with the formal requirements and our client's core values
- Developing and maintaining strong external and internal relationships
- Taking overall responsibility for profitability in the dedicated client portfolio
- Setting standards and contributing to the team spirit
- Educated up to university degree level (economics, banking, etc)
- Min. 5 years of experience on a similar position in a renowned bank
- Excellent knowledge of client relationship management and proven sales track record
- Sound knowledge of Cash Management market and products
- Very strong knowledge of complex banking solutions for corporate clients
- High motivation and goal orientation
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Fluency in written and spoken English
