Senior Resourcer

For our Client, international well know RPO company, we are looking for experienced candidate to full position of Senior Resourcer.

At this role you should be able to identify and attract the external talent through direct sourcing activities and define role requirements. You will be responsible for interpret resourcing plans, define role requirements and develop innovative sourcing options including networking, advance searching and the use of accessing the external market. As the part of the newly established team you will be new recruitment channels identification, produce timely and accurate reports on recruitment activities. You will be working in close collaboration with hiring managers.

To be successful on this role you should have at least 6 month of experience in the area of recruiting, searching preferably in a permanent recruitment team (in-house/agency/RPO) . Due to international environment fluent English is a must. Experience of direct sourcing gained in technology sector will be a plus. To be part of the team you should have well developed communication skills and organizational skills. What is more, ability to work within tense timeline and under time pressure is also essential.
