Specjalista ds. Rekrutacji IT
Miejsce pracy: Łódź
Do obowiązków osoby zatrudnionej na tym stanowisku będą należały między innymi:
Realizacja procesów rekrutacyjnych na stanowiska specjalistyczne z branży IT,
Redagowanie ogłoszeń,
Rekrutacja bezpośrednia,
Wstępna selekcja kandydatów na podstawie napływających aplikacji oraz korzystanie z wewnętrznej bazy danych,
Przeprowadzanie rozmów kwalifikacyjnych z kandydatami,
Przygotowywanie profilów kandydatów,
Sporządzanie raportów z postępu prac nad prowadzonymi projektami,
Inne obowiązki związane z pracą na tym stanowisku.
Nasze oczekiwania:
Min. 3-letnie doświadczenie w rekrutacji pracowników na stanowiska specjalistyczne, w szczególności z branży IT,
Wykształcenie wyższe kierunkowe w obszarze: Zarządzanie Zasobami Ludzkimi / Psychologia,
Bardzo dobra znajomość języka angielskiego,
Znajomość pakietu MS Office,
Komunikatywność, wysokie zdolności interpersonalne oraz organizacyjne,
Kreatywność, skrupulatność oraz nastawienie na wytrwałą realizację założonych celów,
