Opis stanowiska:
Realizacja procesów rekrutacyjnych dla pracowników budowlanych i stanowisk średniego szczebla.
Prowadzenie i aktualizowanie dokumentacji kadrowej oraz monitorowanie terminów ważności dokumentów.
Współpraca z podwykonawcami – negocjacje, tworzenie umów oraz ich aneksów.
Wsparcie innych działów w obszarze spraw personalnych.
Wymagania:
Wykształcenie wyższe w dziedzinie zarządzania zasobami ludzkimi, psychologii, socjologii lub pokrewnej.
Doświadczenie zawodowe na podobnym stanowisku.
Dobra znajomość prawa pracy i procedur delegacji zagranicznych.
Komunikatywność, proaktywność i umiejętność pracy w zespole.
Mile widziana znajomość języka angielskiego lub niemieckiego.
