Koncepcja ta powstała z prostej przesłanki - to nasi klienci, firmy spedycyjne zapewniają całkowity stopień załadowania naczepy i związany z tym przepływ towarów. Heisterkamp troszczy się zaś jedynie o dowóz ładunku na wskazane miejsce we właściwym czasie. Heisterkamp dostarcza zatem „koła”, to znaczy ciągnik z wykwalifikowanym kierowcą.
