On behalf of our client, internationally company, we are currently looking for candidates interested in a position of Talent Acquisition Manager.
The purpose of this role is developing, implementing and executing the recruitment strategy for the Krakow office, team management and review hiring statistics, create reports and process analysis in order to understand trends and hiring results.
Successful Candidates should have very good knowledge of English and at least 10 years of progressive talent acquisition experience in large organization and 4- years of supervisory experience of a high- performing corporate talent acquisition team. Ideal candidate has got proficient knowledge of local labor market trends, project management skills, proven individual skills successfully recruiting high- level and niche positions and ability to develop similar skills in other recruiters.
