What you’ll be doing:
Trainers are responsible for registering associates for classes, facilitating new hires trainings, as well as all applicable client trainings. Trainers provide, coordinate, analyze and consolidate all necessary data in order to deliver training in a timely and accurate manner following client requirements and company standards.
- Providing 4-week induction training for new hires
- Preparing and providing progressive training
- Maintaining great product knowledge level on operation floor
- Conducting new hire and progressive sessions
- Assessing class performance
- Performing needs analysis to identify areas of improvement for training opportunities
- Designing and updating educational materials
- Conducting individual training sessions with agents on demand
- Nesting support
- Cooperation with stakeholders and other department in the company structure
- Ensuring all training documents and files are organized and updated
- Performing additional duties as assigned by the supervisor
- Education College degree in education/psychology/management or relevant work experience
- min. 2-years work experience in advertising and sales area
- min. 1-year experience in corporate training
- Fluent in English
- Expertise in Google Ads product knowledge
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Great explanation skills
- Strong sales and computer skills
- Understanding adult learning principles
- Proactive self-learner
- Familiar with online environment
- Good time management and organization skills
