Training Coordinator PL / HR Administrator
Location: Radomsko
WHAT YOU WILL ENJOY DOING
- Coordination of training & development activities for Alpla Poland
- Managing the budget for employee trainings in alignment with the plant responsible HR Business Partners
- Ensuring that standards and quality of training (internal and external) are met and implement regional as well as local trainings
- Assessing and reporting the effectiveness of training programs
- Supporting employees and the management team of the Radomsko plant in all HR related topics
- Assistance in the the recruiting and onboarding process for new employees
- Participation/implementation in/of HR projects and the process of budgeting the personnel costs for Radomsko
- Ongoing administrative work linked to the payroll processes (timekeeping, data collection etc.)
WHAT MAKES YOU GREAT
- Education related to Human Resources Management or similar comparable economic education
- More than 2 years of professional experience in a similar position
- Good computer skills inluding MS Excel
- Very good knowledge of English
- Communication skills, creativity, resourcefulness
- Optimism and positive attitude
