Transition Manager

Responsibilites
Primary responsibilities include:
- Submitting ODP's.
- Tracking ODP statuses.
- Following up approvals.
- Facilitating communications between stakeholders to ensure initiative are progressed.
Other responsibilities include:
- Escalating risks and issues.
- Managing financials and tracking budgets - for both for in-flight transitions and for already transitioned projects.
- Budget submissions.
- Status reporting.
Requirements
2+ years on similar position
- Fluent written/spoken English
- Excellent communication skills
- Good analytical skills
- Experienced MS Office/Outlook/Jira/Rally user
- Problem solving skills
- Pro-active team worker
