Administration Support Analyst

Key responsibilities:
- Handle, research, and resolve phone and email inquiries for customers regarding technical and functional difficulties.
- Document and update customer contacts in the Customer Service System.
- Complete any follow-up work related to customer issue resolution.
- Answer general questions, provide education, and offer service to customers in a professional and courteous manner.
- Support additional junior accounting duties as necessary in high volume periods
- Booking invoices in a timely manner and in accordance with defined processes and client's requirements
- Raising, routing and managing invoice exceptions process with the client; collecting suitable approvals
- Preparing daily and weekly reports e.g. Query resolution, daily status report
Qualifications:
- Good technical aptitude with an ability to learn quickly
- Good English and Polish
- Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Outlook)
- Educational background in finance, accounting or economy is an advantage
- Flexibility in working time
- High accuracy and focus on details
- Ability to work analytically in a problem-solving environment
- Very good communication and interpersonal skills
- Pro-active business approach, aimed to resolve business/people issues
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
