Your new company
IT company providing worldwide service for global corporate clients. Currently looking for Client Service Representative, location: Warsaw.

Your new role
This role is a part of international client service team, which support big global companies. Your main responsibility will be to manage internal and external requests from B2B clients. You will receive customer requests and orders and coordinate them internally across Sales, Technical Design and Delivery Teams. As Client Service Representative you will also coordinate service implementation and prepare performance reports. Your role will be essential for successful bid and commercial procedures.

What you’ll need to succeed
You will have previous experience in customer/client service in business environment. You speak fluent English and learn fast – in this role you will need to quickly absorb the knowledge from IT. You enjoy working in a team, you are a good problem-solver and you are not afraid to deal with difficult situations and different clients. You need to be open for people with different backgrounds – your team will be international. Good work organization and knowledge of MS Office is a must.
