- Act as Subject Matter Expert in Cash Collection activities related to collecting due receivables as well as negotiating and building long-term business relationships with customers
- Proactively search and present ideas of possible process improvements simplifications in the process to improve efficiency and quality of service
- Actively participate in both internal and external projects related to processes improvements, implementation of new or modification of existing tools used by Collections or other departments in the project
- Regularly update process documentation in order to reflect the current process
- Cooperate closely with other teams' customer service, sales, finance managers
- Cascading updates to team members, supporting questions and concerns
- Designing and implementing mitigation plans
- Perform Reporting and forecasting of Collection metrics. Articulate highlights and lowlights to explain collection performance, support Team Lead in providing relevant details
- Provide ongoing support for the Training and Quality Team in topics related to Collection scope
- Support the Client and Team members on non-standard cases related to customer requests, difficult customers and other
- Act as a role model within the Collection Team, promoting the Customer Centricity approach
- Act as Accenture ambassador, in line with Accenture core values and promote the spirit of partnership with our Client
- Experience in Collections for min. 3 years, with great track record as senior person on the team, supporting other team members with process knowledge
- Language proficiency at min. C1 level, as well as excellent command of English
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills written and oral
- Well-established analytical skills, time and priorities management
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and solve complex topics
- Track record of client exposure, as well as coordinating things for the entire team, taking on extra tasks in the past
- Microsoft Office package knowledge Excel, Word, PowerPoint
- Experience in working with SAP or other ERP systems
