Job Description:
- Generation of daily reports for operations
- Maintains good relationship within' the unit with its colleagues as well as relationship with client and 3rd parties
- Gap analysis in daily reports before the final report is sent out
- Access database updates/ uploads
- Chart preparation for daily/ weekly reporting
- Provides quality, accurate, reasonable and on-time service, ensures due dates and deadlines are met
- Following given guidelines & procedures actively liaise with colleagues, clients and customers to anticipate and solve issues and risks
- Very good English and Italian or Spanish
- Last year students with focus on customer service or finance and accounting
- Good Excel and Word skills
- Flexibility, especially in the period of month/year - end closing
- Ability to work analytically in a problem-solving environment
- Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and time-management skills
