Currently we are looking for Customer Service Representative with French for one of our clients, an international company within medical sector. The right candidate would join expanding Customer Complaint Team, and provide excellent customer service experience for internal and external clients.
The right candidate will be responsible for receiving, registering and following customer’s service complaints in line with a standardised servicing process, building a strong relationship with internal complaint management stakeholders. Customer service representative will be responsible for the management of customer data enrichment and relevant reporting duties related to customer queries.
It is a great opportunity for a person passionate about providing excellent customer services and work in challenging and rewarding environment within a dynamic team. The right candidate would be fluent in English and French with great communication and interpersonal skills. Experience in customer facing environment would be a plus.
