In this role, you will:
Help recruiters find candidates using social media (like: LinkedIn, Xing, Viadeo, Facebook and other), internal and external databases, and using other tools
Analyze job markets to identify where talented candidates are located
Contact candidates over the phone and email, and assess them against given criteria
Collaborate with hiring managers and recruiters on sourcing strategies
Report your findings as needed
Use your creativity on a daily basis to better identify and reach out to candidates
Role requirements:
University degree (BA, MA or PhD)
Excellent English (C1 level) – both spoken and written
Analytical and creative thinking
Attention to detail
Ability to multi-task
Solid communication skills
Flexibility to stay over time if necessary
