Job description
- monitoring customer accounts
- providing best quality customer service for French speaking clients
- practical application of AML rules
- resolving issues in a timely manner and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
- providing explanations in relation to customer complaints and queries
- working with the CRM system
- analysis of trading accounts and financial transactions
- complying with all appropriate policies, procedures, safety rules and regulations
- cooperating with internal/external departments and branches
Requirements
- French language - native or proficiency level required
- strong customer service skills, communication and interpersonal skills
- previous experience in a customer service role desirable
- background in economics would be an advantage
- strong willingness to gain knowledge about financial markets
- very good knowledge of English
- responsibility and ability to multitask, prioritize and close tasks quickly, meet deadlines
- positive attitude & self-motivated
