Our client is looking for Order Management and Customer Service specialists with German and English languages.

- managing orders in the system
- administrative tasks
- quality control and creation of reports
- verification and monitoring of documents
- ensuring correct information and documentation flow
- cooperation with other departments in the company.
Requirements:
- fluent German min. B2+/C1
- good English min. B2
- experience in order management or in SSC/BPO will be an asset
- experience with SAP or other ERP system will be a strong asset
- previous experience will be considered a strong asset
