Electrolux Poland Sp. z o.o. is looking for Candidates for the position of:
Lead the team to deliver HR administration services for the European Region Countries. Ensure that services are delivered according to the company guidelines, in a timely manner, maintaining data quality in all activity and meeting performance targets. Line manage the HR Contact and Administration (C&A) Team for the Countries.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Plan, coordinate and manage the HR Contact and Administration Team delivering great HR Services and in line with the service partnership agreement with the countries
- Support and guide the team on solving complex HR customer queries and transactions
- Manage the team workload and assign activities to each members with the support from the C&A Service Leaders
- Plan and build the right capabilities within the team for future organisation developments.
- Understand and anticipate HR priorities from a local to a regional level and plan ahead
- Monitor the service quality and deploy preventive actions in case of potential delivery risks
- Balance HR regional and local requirements, ensuring that activities are completed according to regional policies / agreements and local laws and regulations
- Escalate HR queries appropriately and when required
- Maintain a focus on customer service at all times
- Keep the In-country Contact & Administration Teams informed about HR process changes and IT evolutions
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES REQUIRED
- University degree
- 3 years of managerial experience
- Good knowledge of HR administration processes like: hiring, internal transfer, exit, change of employment terms and conditions
- Experience in preparation of HR documents (agreements, contracts, certificates of employment)
- Good understanding of the business and its strategy, and the business levers that drive performance
- A clear focus on delivering business outcomes through HR activities
- Experience in team management / coordination of projects
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work with confidential information and experience in an international environment
- Ability to manage high-workload
- Flexibility to travel when needed
- Helpful team player, precise, responsible, multi-tasking, and proactive
- Knowledge of European labour law will be a plus
- Experience in SAP HR will be a plus
- Fluent English, additional European Language will be a plus
