- Partner to leaders and identify HR solutions to support their business needs
- Provide guidance and support to managers and employees (e.g. advising on labour law, performance management, career development, mediate etc.)
- Develop, drive and manage the HR solutions in areas of retention, engagement, development, employee's relations (e.g. team workshops, teams building activities, Global Engagement Survey, counseling, coaching etc.)
- Ensure realization of HR processes in assigned division
- Provide HR policy guidance and interpretation (organize how to sessions for employees and managers)
- Support people's growth e.g. by advising on and coordinating developmental programmes, delivering workshops, organizing and running Development Centers etc.
- Coordinate and organize Induction Days and local team building events
- Manage or participate in local and global HR initiatives depending on business needs
- Ensure compliance with legislation and HR procedures in the area of responsibility
- Experience in corporate environment in areas related to HR administration, HR generalist, learning and development or employees relations
- Business acumen, strong communication, interpersonal, analytical and organizational skills
- Excellent stakeholder management skills with focus on collaboration
- Fluent in English
- Project Management experience (local and global HR projects) will be an asset
Junior HR Business Partner acts as the partner to business leaders by working closely with the stakeholders on the business side. The role is responsible for the provision of generalist HR support and advice to managers, functional leaders and employees on HR programs and processes as well as identifying HR solutions and strategies needed to support the business and operational needs.
As a member of the local HR team, Junior HR Business Partner is responsible for supporting regional and local operations on different HR areas: retention, engagement, development, employee's relations, CSR, labour law regulations with respect to company's HR strategy, values and local law regulations.
We offer contract for specified period of time (approx. 1 year).
