As a Managed Print Services Coordinator you will be responsible for overall management, coordination, implementation, optimization, and sustain operations for International Paper’s Managed Print environment in EMEA. This role consists of implementing and sustaining a documented, secure print environment for the Managed Print Services (MPS) enterprise. This implementation, optimization and sustain model will include (but is not limited to) all components for printing, copying, faxing, and scanning for existing managed print locations. The position will also serve as a support for all aspects of the existing Print Management Project as needed.

Document and implement processes for the Managed Print optimization and sustain model in EMEA

Internal and Customer communications related to Managed Print optimization and sustain

Maintain IP standards for the Print Management environment in EMEA

Serve as a resource to existing customers

Serve as liaison to internal business groups

Act as escalation point as needed (with customers and vendors)

Provide monthly, quarterly and ad hoc reporting that provides usage, benefits (TCO/savings) and supports the global scope of the Managed Print Program

Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems or equivalent
-
4+ years of related Information Systems experience

Fluency in English

Demonstrated competence to work:
