O2C Process Manager

Long established international medical company - one of the leaders in the market - have recently opened an accounting Shared Service Centre in Wrocław.

They are looking to expand their scope and migrate the Order-to-Cash and Cash Management processes from several countries to Wrocław, which is why they need a successful O2C Process Manager to manage the new team.

You would be responsible for building and managing a team of up to 40-50 O2C accountants (reporting into several team leaders). You would coach your employees, set goals, review their performance and come up with individual action plans.

We're looking for a dynamic manager and a strong leader with relevant experience, ideally in the SSC/BPO sector. In order to be considered for the post, you must speak English fluently and know SAP very well. Any additional European langauge, especially German, would be a strong asset.
