For our Client, big global IT, financial and consultancy company, we are currently seeking Candidates to join the company on a position:

Recruiter (mainly for IT positions)

The successful Candidate will join the Company’s Warsaw team and with the second Recruiter will be responsible for managing in professional manner all recruitment processes for newly created positions in Poland, mainly in IT and financial area. Daily tasks will include: contacts with hiring Managers (mainly abroad - Europe), briefing profiles, sourcing, acquisition and selection of candidates, preparing short list of candidates for internal meetings, arranging interviews with Managers, offering candidates and closing employment process. Recruiter will be also expected to pay attention to providing excellent care for candidates and understand the importance of employer branding.

We are looking for Candidates with fluent Polish and English, and a few years of working experience on an independent position in recruitment, recruiting for IT profiles. The Candidates have to have professional communication, presentation and negotiation skills. We are looking for highly communicative, well organized person, who will be focused on results, with the ability to work effectively under the time pressure and on multiple, high-volume recruitments simultaneously. Experience in working for the finance sector’s company would be an additional asset.

Our Client offers opportunity to work on an independent position in fast developing company and in dynamic international environment, as well as attractive remuneration. This is a contract for 6 months, with possibility of prolongation. The additional asset is an attractive location of the office – in the very city centre.
