Zadania:
prowadzenie procesów rekrutacyjnych (tworzenie i publikowanie ogłoszeń, prowadzenie rozmów z kandydatami, weryfikowanie i kompletowanie dokumentów),
wyszukiwanie nowych strategii dotarcia do kandydatów,
budowanie i utrzymywanie pozytywnych relacji z kandydatami,
kontakt z kandydatami do momentu rozpoczęcia przez nich pracy,
współpraca z innymi działami,
sporządzanie raportów, analiz i innych zleceń na potrzeby Kierownictwa prowadzenie procesów rekrutacyjnych (tworzenie i publikowanie ogłoszeń, prowadzenie rozmów z kandydatami, weryfikowanie i kompletowanie dokumentów),
wyszukiwanie nowych strategii dotarcia do kandydatów,
budowanie i utrzymywanie pozytywnych relacji z kandydatami,
kontakt z kandydatami do momentu rozpoczęcia przez nich pracy,
współpraca z innymi działami,
sporządzanie raportów, analiz i innych zleceń na potrzeby Kierownictwa.
Wymagania:
znajomości j. rosyjskiego/ukraińskiego na poziomie min. B2,
doświadczenia w pracy biurowej,
dobrej organizacji pracy własnej,
poczucia odpowiedzialności,
masz doświadczenie na podobnym stanowisku (będzie dodatkowym atutem).
