Jako Specjalista ds. Pozyskiwania Kandydatów staniesz się częścią globalnego zespołu Experienced Professional Recruiting zlokalizowanego w Poznaniu. W tej roli będziesz miał/-a możliwość współpracy z Managerami oraz Rekruterami z McKinsey & Company oraz samodzielnego prowadzenia projektów dotyczących poszukiwań kandydatów na całym obszarze regionu EMEA.
W tej roli będziesz miał/-a okazję:
wyszukiwać kandydatów przy pomocy takich narzędzi jak: LinkedIn, Xing, Viadeo, Facebook oraz wewnętrzne bazy danych
poznać rynek pracy w obszarze EMEA i pomagać przy projektach rekrutacyjnych na stanowiska specjalistyczne oraz managerskie
dokonywać analizy rynku pracy celem identyfikacji najlepszych kandydatów
współpracować zdalnie z Managerami oraz Rekruterami celem tworzenia strategii pozyskiwania kandydatów
przygotowywać raporty i zestawienia
wykorzystywać swoją kreatywność celem jeszcze lepszego znalezienia i dotarcia do kandydatów
kontaktować się z kandydatami telefonicznie oraz mailowo w razie potrzeby

wykształcenie wyższe (licencjat, magister lub doktorat)
bardzo dobra znajomość j. angielskiego (poziom C1 i wyższy)
wysoko rozwinięte umiejętności komunikacyjne

zainteresowanie tematyką poszukiwania kandydatów
