- Providing assistance in organizing conferences and events
- Registration of notifications and monitoring their status
- Providing services for guests entering the office
- Processing emails and receiving calls from employees
- Assistance in translations outsourced by the client
- Ensuring the circulation of documents in the office
- Assistance in the current administrative tasks
- Very good command of English and Chinese
- Familiarity with Chinese culture
- Proficient computer skills
- Knowledge of MS-Office system
- Good command of Polish
- High communication skills
- Experience in administration work is welcome
