As part of our continuing growth we are looking for Business Travel Coordinator to join our Travel Desk in order to support the provision of business travel and accommodation for S3 Group employees worldwide.
- Assisting in the administration of centralized business travel function (flights, accommodation, car rental) for S3 Group employees worldwide.
- Assisting in the administration of Numara FootPrints, a system used for submitting travel requests by employees, tracking and coordinating their travel process.
- Providing travel and accommodation alternatives, both cost and routing for employees.
- Ensuring all travel and accommodation is approved in line with the S3 Group approval process.
- Updating staff on travel/security updates as required.
- Maintenance of Group travel standard operating procedures.
- Production and distribution of quarterly travel indicators/metrics including employee satisfaction survey.
- Provide on-call support for employees travelling on company business.
