Job Description:
As a Client Support Analyst with English you will be managing the client´s global customer satisfaction survey operations.
- Alignment with the Client on the mystery call scenario and on the criteria
- Managing mystery call operations
- Tracking of mystery call progress with online reporting tool provided by mystery call agency
- Ongoing review of mystery call scenarios being up to date and still realistic
- Transfer of raw data (mystery call results) provided by mystery call agency into existing presentation templates
- Definition of highlights and softs pots based on provided mystery call results
- Matching of already existing recommendations based on mystery call results
- Fluent English; German will be an asset
- Experience in Customer Service, Customer Care, or Call Center preferably in Automotive sales and aftersales business
- Outstanding communication and very well developed presentation skills
- Ability to build and maintain strong working
- Ability to work independently and to determine appropriate priority of tasks with strong attention to detail and quality
- Strong analytical skills
- Strong customer and target oriented personality
- Comfort in working in a changing and challenging environment
- The ability to use your knowledge of foreign language on a daily basis at work (we serve our Clients in almost 30 foreign languages)
- Experience with a range of Clients and technology solutions which provides professional relevance
