Our Customer Service is the direct link between zooplus and our customers. Our goal is to ensure high quality and customer satisfaction for all our customers with the assistance of several customer-service-centers throughout Europe.
- Monitoring, Controlling and Training of our 1st and 2nd Level Customer Service
- 3rd Level Support for our external Customer-Service-Centers, quality assurance and coaching
- E-mail support for our customers within our CRM-environment concerning all aspects of our online-shop
- Communicating with in- and external Partners
- Administrative Back-Office work
- Close cooperation with Purchasing, Shop Management and Headquarter in Munich / Germany
