Currently, for our client, a global manufacturing company based in Warsaw, we are urgently seeking Candidates for the position of Customer Service Representative.
As Customer Service Representative you will be directly responsible for
• Process incoming customer requests and orders (product availability, order delivery, order tracking, pricing, general product information)
• Check the orders against the customer and purchase order agreements;
• Instruct and liaise with warehouses, plants and forwarders to prepare and arrange the execution of the shipment of goods;
• Invoice timely and accurately
• Handle complaints and return shipments
• Maintain, update and file customer files, records and internal documents in SAP system
• Monitor credit situation of the customer and liaise with credit department and sales representatives
• Interface with and support the sales representatives
We are looking for candidates with:
• Fluent English and Dutch or Swedish or Finnish or Danish is a must
• Customer and service oriented attitude;
• Excellent communication skills;
• Team player, multitasking ability;
• Experienced in using Microsoft Windows applications
• Must be able to work in a fast paced environment with complex business scenarios
• Must be detail oriented and have strong problem solving skills
• High level of attention detail
