For our Client – Fast growing International IT software provider, based in Warsaw – we are looking for experienced and creative Customer Care Specialist with fluent German.

Ideal Candidate should have fluent German (having no problems to communicate with natives) good knowledge of English, problem-solving attitude, strong communication skills and ability to work in a dynamic environment. We are looking for people who are passionate, ambitious and ready for challenges.

Previous experience in customer service and IT related area will be a great asset.

The successful Candidates will be responsible for handling e – mails and customer calls to solve their actual problems related to e - commerce platform. Moreover, this person will cooperate closely with other teams in order to create a report on mistakes and avoid them in the future.
