On behalf of my Client, a new Shared Service Center based in Warsaw, we are looking for Candidates to fill the position of Lease Administration Lead.
On this position you will be responsible for managing and updating the database, preparing reports, reviewing service charges, FM costs and rent billings, maintaining good relations with international clients and supporting junior employees. Moreover, you will take part in building a new team (participating in selection and recruitment processes, coaching and developing employees afterwards) and you will closely cooperate with Contract Manager.
We are looking for candidates with more than 3 years of experience on a similar position, preferably in Shared Service Center environment. Fluent English is a must (French or German will be an additional asset). Knowledge of real estate industry IT system - Horizon is required. Ideal Candidate should have a very good communication and interpersonal skills.
