Quality Assurance Specialist
Miejsce pracy: Kraków

Area of responsibility:

  • Create and maintain quality assurance procedures for GBS (e.g. Clean Desk Guideline)
  • Assure ongoing compliance with Danish Crown Policies and Standards
  • Evaluate adequacy of quality assurance guidelines
  • Devise sampling procedures and directions for recording and reporting quality data
  • Evaluate procedures to ensure high quality services provided by GBS
  • Investigate customer complaints and non-conformance issues
  • Analyse data related to Operational Excellence to identify areas for improvement
  • Develop, recommend and monitor corrective and preventive actions
  • Prepare reports to communicate outcomes of quality activitie
  • Identify training needs and organize training interventions to meet quality standards
  • Assist to the implementation of appropriate corrective actions following internal testing or external audit findings

Educational background:

  • Bachelors degree preferred
  • certifications an advantage including Quality Auditor, Quality Engineer, Quality Improvement Associate, Six Sigma

Relevant experience:

  • Quality inspection or auditing experience
  • Experience with implementation of corrective action programs
  • Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office and concepts and methodologies of QA
  • Solid experience in effective usage of data analysis tools and statistical analysis
  • Knowledge of relevant regulatory requirements is an advantage
