For our Client, international retailer (luxury goods) from Fashion & Apparel sector, we are looking for Candidates for the challenging position of Retail Administrator, to be based in Warsaw.

As the Administrator you will be responsible for taking care of all daily administrative tasks, such as stock management, orderings or invoicing, while working at the back office of the luxurious boutique in Warsaw. You will be also in charge of staying in contact with the business partners and will be involved in various marketing tasks such as keeping in touch with the magazines, preparing the events etc. This is the role both client facing and working at the back office, with the reporting line directly to the Regional Manager.

We ‘re looking for Candidates with fluency in English and Polish, with very good communication skills, passionate about fashion and luxury goods. Experience in Retail or Administration would be an asset. If you’re well organised, responsible and you’re able to learn on a fly, this is a position for you.
