Senior Consultant (Leading Consultant Engineering)
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manages relationships with Clients ensuring right level of performance.
- Accountable for end to end recruitment drives supporting other Cpl business unities and office.
- Coordination of recruitment projects and implementation of recruitment and sourcing strategies.
- Building positive relationships with customers, solving problems with the support of Team Leader and Branch Manager.
- Playing a key role in business initiatives, leading by example especially in use of systems, tools in order to promote Cpl.
- Active participation in on-boarding of new Clients.
- Active participation in on-boarding of new Cpl staff.
- Provides accurate reporting on performed activities both internally and for Clients within a timely manner.
- Participating in branch ops meetings and taking part in key branch business & operation initiatives.
Essential Competencies:
- Target driven.
- Client relationship management experienced.
- Business Development skills.
- End-to-end recruitment project management for multiple clients.
- Ability to efficiently work to specified project delivery deadlines
- Negotiation skills& persuasive skills.
Experience:
- He/she must be able to demonstrate an impressive track record of managing end to end recruitment projects.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in the sourcing/recruitment industry being responsible for delivery to the clients in the area of Manufacturing and Engineering.
- Excellent communication skills in the Polish and English language (both verbal and written).
