Responsibilites

  • Translating (adjusting to Automotive LOB realities) company goals to activities that project teams can identify with.
  • Ability to do effective performance management for Sr. members in technical and management ladders and share strengths and areas of improvements for effective appraisals. Ability to communicate
  • Pre-sales experience (support in proposal preparation, RFP/RFI processing)
  • German speaking

  • Appropriate experience with a team of managers and specialists at the helm for managing distributed multiple large-projects

We offer

Account Director is the head of Luxoft Automotive business unit (namely Account) serving German Automotive OEM. AD is responsible for overall satisfaction of this Customer and success of the Account development.

  • AD ensures the Account performance and development by leadership, guidance, goals setting and control Account Delivery and Business Development Manager(s)/Engagement Manager(s) of the Account.
  • The Account Director is responsible for all high level projects organization activities (planning, staffing, budgeting and control) fulfilled for Customer. Negotiates new opportunities and business cases/ delivery goals/ budgets/ with Customer.
  • Play active role in mentoring, conflicts resolution, staff motivation, defining objectives and performance goals. AD translates and clarifies company goals and strategy to projects level
