- Pre-sales experience (support in proposal preparation, RFP/RFI processing)

We offer
Account Director is the head of Luxoft Automotive business unit (namely Account) serving German Automotive OEM. AD is responsible for overall satisfaction of this Customer and success of the Account development.
- AD ensures the Account performance and development by leadership, guidance, goals setting and control Account Delivery and Business Development Manager(s)/Engagement Manager(s) of the Account.
- The Account Director is responsible for all high level projects organization activities (planning, staffing, budgeting and control) fulfilled for Customer. Negotiates new opportunities and business cases/ delivery goals/ budgets/ with Customer.
- Play active role in mentoring, conflicts resolution, staff motivation, defining objectives and performance goals. AD translates and clarifies company goals and strategy to projects level
