For our client, international logistic and building company we are looking for:

Management and organization of several teams of construction supervisors
-
Supervising the implementation of civil constructions and tunnel constructions, executed by others on-site
-
Regular construction site inspections and evaluations of the on-site construction supervisors
-
Monitoring adherence to the customer's construction supervision regulations based on local legal provisions and training staff
-
Monitoring of and assisting in the selection of materials and reviewing implementation methods as well as works instructions
-
Constant reviews of construction schedule planning and documentation of construction progress
-
Preparing all necessary reports and documentation
-
Technical supervision of the contractor in co-operation with track supervisors
-
Monitoring and confirmation of the progress of work on site and approval of monthly payments
-
Participating in general meetings on-site, internal discussion sessions, telephone conferences and team meetings
-
Maintaining an up-to-date financial record of all payments and projected costs
-
University degree (M.Sc.) in Civil Engineering
-
At least 15 years' professional experience and management responsibility in tunnel supervision projects
-
Basic Experience in track installation, power supply or signalling &Telecom
-
Knowledge and experience with tunnel construction and supervision
-
Proven specialist in contract management (FIDIC)

Excellent English skills, knowledge in German and/or Russian desirable

International working experience required

Relevant IT-Skills (MS-Office)
