• Moderating the content in accordance with client’s policies and guidelines,
• Using product specific knowledge to ensure the accuracy of the online content,
• Maintaining a high degree of confidentiality while meeting strict deadlines,
• Recognizing trends and patterns, and escalating issues outside of the established policies,
• Maintaining a high degree of confidentiality and meeting strict deadlines,
• Revision of sensitive content, sometimes involving graphic or disturbing subject matter.

• Proficiency in German (C1 level) and English (at least B2 level),
• Excellent communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills,
• Quick learning skills - adaptability to learn new processes, concepts,
• Excellent organizational and time management skills,
• Strong attention to detail and a desire to deliver accurately, efficiently, and to a high standard,
• Having a neutral mindset to alternative video content that needs classification,
• Bachelor’s degree would be a plus.
• Previous work experience in BPO environment, or similar service environment, would be a plus.
