Data Quality Document Controller

Position Summary:

The position holder will work with the Project and Service teams in the Middle East.The Position will report to the program manager – Data Quality.

He/she will support the implementation and support teams through capturing data onto the Enterprise Asset Management system and through the site hand over between project deployment and customer service.

The position requires the ability operate a document control schema and prioritize multiple requirements in a Matrix environment and the capability to work with multiple stake holders.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze Site Structure based ondesign documents;
• Prepare draft structure documentfor approval;
• Prepare Asset Analysis documentationfor data gathering and loading;
• Work with Site Implementation andSupport teams to gather data;
• Check Data is complete;
• Provide to Data loading teams forchecking of integrity and implementation in the EAM System.

Education / Certification Requirements:

• Documentation Control and Standards Implementation  Experience;
• Experienced Project Coordinators or Quality Coordinators are most suited to this role.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
Required:

• Understand Project Deployment Methods;
• 5+ Years working in project teams in a coordination role;
• Documentation Skills including MS Office skills;
• Excellent English skills both oraland written;
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Desirable:

• ITIL certification – Foundation;
• Maximo Experience;
• SAP Business One Experience;
• Agile PLM experience.
