Essential to your success as a programmer at IT Partnership you will possess the following skills and experience: - At least 3 years experience of Delphi software development. - Good database skills, preferably including 1year MySQL. - Proven ability in implementing reliable Delphi apps with good user interfaces. - Object Oriented programming and component design. - Excellent written and oral English. The following skills would also be beneficial: - A good understanding of Internet technologies. - PDA Windows Mobile programming using C# and .net. - Web development experience, preferably in ASP and PHP. - A reasonably understanding of JavaScript & VB Script. - Good SQL skills. - A degree in programming or IT, or equivalent.
