This person will be responsible for all design and development across the programme - will create and define development principles and make sure that requirements that are being gathered correctly and realistically.
This person has no line management autrhority but does have an overview of the project managers within this programm
This person must have significant experience workin on very large SI programmes within the IB space, someone who can define the programme and their principles, policing this design and development of the programmes. Person must be super hot on design and development
