Dispatcher/International Road Freight

Opis stanowiska

- Planning, routing and dispatching loads - Secure carriers to haul customer freight, negotiate rates, dispatch drivers, to confirm scheduling & building relationships with carriers - Researching and planning the route for a shipment in Central and East Europe - Obtaining, checking and preparing documentation to meet customs and insurance requirements, packing specifications and compliance with international regulations - Maintaining control of transport operation through all phases of the journey - Working closely with customers, colleagues and third parties to ensure operations to deadlines - Maintaining control of freight operation costs

Wymagania

- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience - Very good knowledge of English and German - Knowledge of Czech, Russian and Slovakian will be additional advantages - High level of interpersonal and communication skills - Stress resistance - Numeracy and computer literacy
