Salary of Sales professionals on board the cruise ship consist of their salary + commissions (from pool sales), which comes up to 1500- 2500 USD a month, depending on commissions and tips received.
- Retail Sales Manager for the first 3 months Fast Track manager candidate makes 1500$ per month salary,after the trial period ,the salary changes to 850$ per month plus commissions. 6 - 8 month contracts. Shipboard experience is required
- Sales Associate - salary 500 USD + commissions = 1200 - 1500 USD a month, 6 months contracts
- 21+ years old
- 2-3 years sales and customer service experience
- Flair towards closing a sale in a commission driven environment
- Enthusiastic, high energy personality
- Success-oriented drive for results
- Excellent communication skills
- Fluent spoken and written English skills
