The E2E Designer has a broad and deep knowledge of Service Providers' architecture, environments, operations, as well as industry standard processes, customer segments and lines of businesses. He/ she leverage this knowledge, to design solution End to End system flows based on requirements that were gathered during customer sessions. Has in-depth knowledge of a variety of relevant technical architectures and platforms for Telecommunication BSS/OSS. May specialize in integrating business processes, leading the customer to optimal solution design. Work independently and can lead the work of others on large and complex projects.
- Perform E2E system flow design that best reflect customer needs as documented in user journeys, and business processes, compliant based on solution outline and architecture blueprint .
- Present the design and agree with relevant vendors and business representative and reach consensus
- Lead solution sessions to resolve design challenges
- Facilitate interface high level and detailed design sessions between vendors.
- Participate in triage activities to identify integration issues between systems and functions.
- Maintain on-going relationships with vendors, business analysts and customer business representatives for effective communication,
- Assessing the impact of these processes on overall solution, systems and operations.

Wide knowledge & experience in set of products & master in E2E system processes at least in one, if not most business domains - Experience in stakeholder/ vendor management/engagement
- Knowledge & experience in Amdocs business processes and industry standards (ETOM, ASOM) is advantage.
