DUTIES
- Receiving and implementation of requirements within the ERP system sage bäurer trade 6.2
- ERP environment user management
- Maintenance of the interfaces between the ERP system and the online shop
- Design, implementation and testing of interfaces to partners and internal applications
REQUIREMENTS
- Completed IT education or long term training
- Experience in ERP system (ideally: sage bäurer trade 6.2) and retail processes
- Very good familiarity with current hardware and software
- Experience in dealing with a ticket system (e.g. OTRS, JIRA Service Desk)
- High level of customer and service orientation
- High level of teamwork and motivation
- Fluency in German or English
