Responsibilites
Credit/FX BA’s to engage with users and initiate the scoping/design (emphasis on Credit and emerging markets and credit/rate options would be a benefit)
- MUST know sales and trading and be able to credibly engage with traders
- where candidates have fallen down in the past is having academic rather than practical knowledge
- candidates should be able to challenge traders
- MUST really know the products they say they do
